Scientists have discovered that the lauric acid in breast milk might actually help with clearing up acne. Lauric acid has anti-bacterial acne fighting properties. Simply mix a bit of breast milk with some coconut oil (also containing lauric acid), apply to clean skin and air dry. Some people even wash their face with breast milk to prevent future breakouts. Some women have used it for as little as 5 days with all acne cleared. Many may find the idea of applying breast milk a bit disgusting, but if you have tried all the expensive products and ran out of options, what is there to loose?
